- Humana Health Assessment:
This personal health assessment, provided by Humana, has several beneficial features. First, it will give you an idea of how your current health compares against the nationwide average. The assessment results will also generate several tips on improving your health, as well as initiate a communication link between you and the nurses at Humana. These nurses can assist with managing and formulating an improvement plan for common health conditions.
