FMC safety practices include:

  • Comprehensive safety training
  • Information sharing
  • Daily discussions regarding specific safety topics
  • Pre-planning analysis

There are many variables to safety: Safety for our employees, customers and communities we service. That’s why safety is our top Mission Possible.

Safety Partnership Proves Successful

KRMCAThe Kentucky Ready Mixed Concrete Association (KRMCA) and the Kentucky Occupational Safety and Health Administration(KY-OSHA) partnered to sign a “Safety In Practice” (SIP) agreement to increase workplace safety in the ready mixed concrete industry. SIP is the first of its kind in general industry in Kentucky. FMC proudly joined this partnership and registered its Kentucky plant locations. SIP offers valuable tools to help FMC achieve ZERO accidents on and off the jobsite.

Safety Spotlight on
Plant Maintenance
